Norway has exported nearly 25 million litres of drinking water so far this year. This is five times more than in the year 2000, Dagsavisen reports.
Voss Water is the largest exporter, with a NOK 200 million turnover last year, 40 times as much as in 2000.
Norway's "clean" image is one explanation for the increased export of Norwegian drinking water, says Kjetil Bergmann of Innovation Norway.
