Attacks on central Norwegian
data systems

Norwegian institutions have been exposed to computer attacks aimed at taking control of important data systems which control central Norwegian community services, Aftenposten reports.
These are data systems which provide the population with secure supplies of water and electricity.
Such attacks were first discovered in Norway by the Norwegian National Security Authority (NSM) this summer, the newspaper writes.
Earlier such attacks by data criminals have been aimed at institutions like the police, the Government House, health institutions and banks.
