The NBIM Investment Talent Programme offers selected candidates unique opportunities for professional development with one of the world’s largest investment funds.

The mandate of the NBIM Investment Talent Programme (ITP) is to attract and retain the most highly qualified and motivated talent in the industry. We specifically seek individuals with the skills, drive and leadership aptitude to take on roles and responsibilities that will be key to NBIM’s future success.
NBIM’s organisation is designed to provide an efficient and supportive structure for developing talent. ITP candidates will learn and excel through a four-year structured programme that includes internal rotations within NBIM, exchanges with international investment banking institutions and an MBA degree from a top-notch business school.
