Student day at

Oslo Police District




can apply for a study permit at Oslo Police District.

The student day is arranged by Oslo Police District in association with the Norwegian Directorate of Immigration (UDI), the Norwegian Tax Administration, the University of Oslo,
Norwegian School of Management, Oslo University College and Norwegian School of Veterinary Science. The arrangement has been held since 2005.

EU/EEA citizens

If you are a student from an EU/EEA country and have been offered enrolment by one of these education providers, you can apply, receive a decision on your application and get the permit stamped into your passport. In addition to a copy of the letter of admission, you need to bring a proof of health insurance, your passport, two passport pictures and a declaration or documentation showing that subsistence is ensured. If you submit your application this day, your EEA-card will be sent to your education provider at latest in week 35.

Non EU/EEC citizens

If you are from a country outside the EU/EEA area and already have been granted a residence permit to study at any of these education providers, you may get your permit stamped into your passport at the Oslo Police District this day. Please bring your passport and a passport photo.

Time

All students who want to submit their application must meet in person from 8 30 AM to 11 AM. Students who want to their permits stamped into their passport or collect a permit from an application submitted earlier that day can meet from 11 AM to 1 PM. The last time to arrive is 1300.
