Asylum seekers pushing

drugs are expelled

Asylum seekers who have recently been caught selling drugs on Grünerlokka in Oslo, are now being expelled from Norway. Five have already been deported.

The application for asylum from up 20 others have been refused, and these will also be sent out of the country shortly, NRK reports.

The move came after residents in the area complained to the police about an increasing problem of drug pushing on Grünerlokka. It was soon evident that most of the sales were made by asylum seekers, waiting to have their applications processed by the authorities.
