Chris Brown has been
charged!
The L.A. County District Attorney charged Chris with felony assault and making criminal. D.A. spokesperson says could land him in prison for a maximum of four years and 8 months.
In related news local FOX 11 tv station obtained the LAPD detectives notes from the case, so here is officially how it went down according to police. After reading a 3-page text on Chris Brown’s phone from a woman, the two argued and Brown tried to force Rihanna out of the car, thank god she was wearing a seatbelt.
Chris then allegedly shoved her head against the window and when she faced him, he punched her and continued punching her while driving (the detective’s notes say). Blood covered the inside of the car, Rihanna’s clothes and even filled her mouth as Brown told her
“I’m going to beat the **** out of you when we get home. You wait and see.”
When Rihanna called her assistant to say
“I am on my way home. Make sure the cops are there when I get there” Chris replied “You just did the stupidest thing ever. I’m going to kill you.”
The notes then say Brown continued to punch Rihanna, hitting her ear, her fingers and even putting her into a headlock before she lost consciousness.
