Warnings of winter weather in the
South and West
The Norwegian Meteorological Institute has warned of snow and strong winds in certain areas of Southern Norway, particularly in the mountain regions, but also of gale force winds in coastal areas.
The wind hit the coast of Southern Rogaland during Sunday evening and early hours of Monday morning.
In South Eastern Norway there is a considerable snowfall above 300-500 metres, while it rains in the lowlands.
