Hakim Belhaj, a NTC military chief, has confirmed that Muammar Gaddafi has died
of his wounds after being captured near Sirte. Another
NTC commander said that Moussa Ibrahim, former spokesman for Muammar Gaddafi's
fallen government, was captured near Sirte.
