Candidates must have a good educational background, ideally with experience in industrial sales and dealing in the passive fire protection market. FROSIO or NACE qualifications would be advantageous but not essential; speak Norwegian and a have a good command of English. More importantly, candidates must demonstrate good communication and relationship building skills and have an entrepreneurial outlook.
