Previously, those with UK refugee passports have been able to visit Norway without a visa, but now they must applyfor a visitor's visa.The reason for this is that UK authorities do not have an agreement with other European countries about abolition of visas for refugees.
This arrangement will last until British authorities formally inform the European Council that they have revoked the suspension of the "European Agreement on the Abolition of Visas for Refugees." Norwegian authorities do not know when this will take place.
