The Chairman of the East African Community President Jakaya Kikwete of Tanzania says the upcoming 5 elections and 2 referenda in the region will be a test for the region's political maturity and will be critical in attracting the much needed investments. President Kikwete made the remarks when he delivered the state of the community address to the East Africa Legislative Assembly that is currently holding its session in Kenya. Andrew Ochieng reports
