Rostam: Richmond ? Where?

BELIEVE it or not, the Igunga trader and MP, Rostam Aziz, has said he doesn't know a thing about Richmond . I believe him. As the way we are headed now, I will believe anything. The great trader has retreated into strategic amnesia suggesting that the Richmond scam is just a figment of our imagination.

Ted and two ministers, Naz Karamagi and Dr Ibrahim 'Bura' Msabaha, resigned because they wanted to go on holiday. They insist that they did nothing wrong. Lowassa blames bad advisors and says he had a good mind to scrap the whole Richmond thing and save Bongo from ruin! The Honourable MP has said that he has never had any relationship with the briefcase company, neither does he know about it. It's the first time he has done so in public.

When asked by the media guys if he has contacts with the Kagoda Agriculture Ltd, Rostam said no. I guess his name which appeared as one of shareholders in the company was placed there by imperialist agents. Kagoda reportedly 'stole' 40 billion from the BoT. That is subject to further investigations.

It is as if there are ghosts everywhere in Tanzania . They steal moneys at will and are never taken to court. It is just some ghosts who have decided to take the money. What we need at the BoT and the Treasury are Sangomas and other witchdoctors to go and find the money! Rostam is a great businessman.

He says that if he was in any way involved in the Richmond project it would not have failed. I also agree with him. Richmond was a great success. Where else do you get a fake company to get billions from the government for not supplying power? Some people are just geniuses! By the way do we still pay 152 million a day for not getting power?
