Our roving camera found this young street girl-child fiddling alone on a pavement at the junctions of United Nations and Morogoro Roads in downtown Dar es Salaam (Fire area) yesterday.Ostensibly in the hope for catching the eye of 'good samaritan' passers-by to offer alms.
