Nordea Group Taxes, the internal tax department within Nordea Group, is responsible for tax and VAT issues within Nordea related to i.a. restructuring, merger and acquisitions, compliance and transfer pricing. Nordea Group Taxes is now seeking a tax lawyer/tax accountant with VAT knowledge, to be located in Oslo, Norway.
The job tasks consist mainly of VAT related issues concerning Nordea Norway, but also cross border issues regarding the Nordea Group. This implies assisting Nordea in VAT issues on internal projects and processes, handling potential VAT implications and assisting Nordea externally towards the authorities.

Your Qualifications
Nordea is looking for a person with approx. 2 - 5 years of experience working with VAT, who has a genuine interest in tax issues. It is appreciated if your VAT experience covers financial sector issues, although this is not a requirement. It is also important that you are business-minded and fluent in English.
