Global Head of Information Systems
NBIM is looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional for the position as Global Head of Information Systems. The Information Systems department is responsible for management and development of our trading systems and decision-support systems and for the operation and development of our data warehouse.
The Global Head must ensure that the information systems strategy is aligned to our business needs, and the position entails a high degree of interaction with our external service providers. The position is located in Oslo, and some travel will be required.
Main Responsibilities
-Manage, develop and support NBIM's systems portfolio
-Develop, operate and maintain NBIM's data warehouse environment
-Manage service provider and vendor relationships
-Ensure strong operational performance and high user satisfaction
-Ensure alignment with NBIM's enterprise architecture
-Establish and implement an Information Systems strategy
Main Qualifications
-Master's degree or equivalent in Finance and/or Computer Science with strong academic records
-Extensive experience from systems and data warehouse management and development, preferably from an international financial environment
-Proven experience from management and development of people
-Ability to take a corporate perspective
-Strong communication and motivational skills
-Structured and accurate, with the ability to take responsibility and initiative
-Fluency in English
